A Shorter List of Priorities

Before becoming a minimalist, to-do lists were some of the most hectic things to create. So many projects and ideas that I couldn’t keep up with. So many things I needed to organize and clean. To-do lists became a part of the many things that would stress me out.

After my mental and physical declutter, my priorities changed. I still care about my family and religion, but I don’t nearly focus as much energy as I used to on things like social media, clothes, and makeup. Making to-do lists are very enjoyable now that my mind doesn’t swarm with so many incomplete things.

I challenge each of you to make a list of your priorities and compare them with how much energy you spend on certain things. You’ll be surprise how much you value one thing but spend time on another.
